Written Directions

Start in Paris, IL and take the Terre Haute Rd. south to West Terre Haute, IN. When you cross from IL into IN the road changes names to Old Paris Rd.

Scenery

This route starts in Paris, IL and twists thru farm and woodland, hill and dale until you reach W. Terre Haute, IN

Drive Enjoyment

We road it on 8/18/2012 and most of it was just paved, even the older parts were pretty good

Tourism Opportunities

Restaurants and gas at each end but not much in between, but then at only 20 miles length not much else is needed. We ate at Mogger's Restaurant & Pub at 901 Poplar St. Terre Haute, IN. Great atmosphere and good food.

The wife and I rode this route today. AS noted in other comments it is a loverly ride for this area. Roads are in real good shape. We noticed the leaves on many trees starting to turn to their fall colors. The next 7 or 8 weeks should get even better.
