This year the rally will be held November 6-7, 2021 in Prescott Valley, Arizona at the Prescott Valley Elks Lodge located at 6245 E 2nd St, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314. There is a 200 rider limit for this event. NO Walk-ups. You must per-register. Participants MUST show proof of AMA membership at Check-In. If you are not an AMA member there is a 2-Day AMA membership available for $20. Registration is open to street legal motorcyclists only. Registration is open through October 30th, 2021. All riders must be registered participants to ride the event. Passengers ride for free but must purchase Guest food ticket. 2-Day Registration is $100 – Includes Sat/Sun Breakfast, Sat Lunch, Sat Dinner, GPS Track logs, and Thank You gift. Saturday Only Registration is $80 - Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, GPS Track logs, and Thank You gift. Sunday Only Registration is $60 – Includes Breakfast, GPS Track logs, and Thank You gift. Event Schedule: FRIDAY - ATR staff will be onsite Friday afternoon/evening for early check-in. Look for the ATR banner in the RV area on the West side of the Elks lodge. SATURDAY - Starts with check-in and breakfast at the Elks Lodge. All routes will go to Crown King, AZ for lunch and gas then returning to the Elks lodge. Happy Hour starts when you arrive back at the Elks Lodge. The dinner banquet and raffle are back starting at 6:30pm. SUNDAY - Starts with check-in and breakfast at the Elks Lodge. All Sunday routes loop through the forest around Prescott back the the Elks lodge. The loops are shorter than Saturday and DO NOT have food or gas. There are A, B, and C routes available both days. ‘A’ routes are the toughest and include all manner of 2-track and some single track trail. ‘B’ routes are a mix of maintained and nu-maintained roads and should be considered “Hero” routes for Big Bike riders. The ‘C’ routes are big bike friendly and will be paved roads along with maintained and semi-maintained dirt roads. There is limited dry camping available in the Elks Lodge parking lot. There is the possibility of RV hookup camping but we will not know availability until the event. DO NOT call the Elks lodge requesting a RV hookup site. All camping is first come first served and will be organized by ATR's own friendly onsite camp host Frank Staley. Look him up when you arrive. The RV hookup spots are $25.00 a day and the dry camp spots are $10.00 a day. Other camping and hotel options will be available on this page and at www.arizonatrailriders.org website. If you need to cancel for any reason a 100% refund is available until October 15, 2020. After October 15, 2020 a 50% refund is available.
