Written Directions

Speedway 200 Main St NW, Elk River, MN 55330 2) Head south on Carson Ave toward Main St NW 3) Turn Right onto Main St NW 4) Turn Right onto Voyageur Hwy (Hwy 10) 5) Turn Right onto Proctor Ave NW (This eventually becomes Elk Lake Rd/Hwy 1) 6) Continue down Elk Lake Rd/Hwy 1 until you reach a "T" at Elk Lake 7) Take a Right onto Elk Lake Rd E 8) Route ends at the corner of Elk Lake Rd and 293rd Ave NW

Scenery

Scenery begins through downtown Elk River with a small town feeling. Continuing down the route you'll find many pine forests and fields. The route ends at a very nice view of Elk Lake.

Drive Enjoyment

Road condition is good, no potholes and not too many tar snakes. It is most large sweeping curves, no tight twisties here. There is a little terrain variation here so it does add to the fun a little bit.

Tourism Opportunities

Town of Elk River has some places to eat at and is close to the river.
