I took this route but shifted it slightly. Instead of coming from Franklin, I took 800S and went past Camp Atterbury. While heading south, instead of turning on Beech Tree Rd, I kept going on Ninevah Rd S, I then turned S on Cordry Rd and went around Lake Cordry, this then turns into Center Lake Rd. Net turn was at Sunset Drive which takes you past the southern tip of Sweetwater Lake, Sunset Dr turns into Sweetwarer Rd and then I turned on Eagle Dr and finally back to Sweetwater trail which puts you back on the original route. The roads were newly paved, residential area. Beautiful scenery and no traffic to speak of, but this was at 1:00 pm in a Friday.

I've been on this ride several times, though I normally take Hiway 135. The description is the same as there are lots of farm and forest roads. It's a short ride, but a lot of fun.

Very scenic and beautiful ride a lot to see. Nashville is a great place for shopping and food. Couple of leather shops with motorcycle jackets and etc:
