There is only one reason to ride U.S. 224. It's because you have to. It's the midwest, with trucks, cops and like being in Purgatory you know it will end.

Boring ride. There's some dips here and there to keep you awake but this isn't really a recommended route other than to catch a better route along the way.

I rode this on a hot Sunday in August to go to a family reunion in Tiffin. The road is good, straight, smooth. I consider it a good way to get from point A to point B.
