Motorcycle Type : Sport
Instead of taking 138 all the way to Rt.3, turn onto Carolina Noose Neck (across from the Richmond townhall) and follow that down to Rt. 3, its a bit slower but there are lot more curves and elevation changes.

the northern ridr is great. A good alternate or way back is to take 112 to 2 to 1 and end up in the same spot.
