Randle to Windy Ridge - By Big_Mike

Have done this in reverse (south to north) after going to Windy Ridge from Cougar. Road surface between the cutoff to Windy Ridge and Randle on Forest Service Road 25 can be very difficult..........too many potholes in a tree shaded portion of the road making them difficult to see. I prefer the stretch from Cougar up to Windy Ridge.
