This is a great road except there are many spots with gravel in the turns and there are also a few spots with hot tar patches that are extremely slippery. Neither of these points should matter if you are taking an easy cruise but it is very tempting to twist on the gas and go fast. Some of the areas you cannot see until it's too late.
