Virginia Route 58 (East)

These vans have no problem holding you up for miles and miles. They often travel in packs, making it impossible to pass. They go so slow, that short of pulling of to the side of the road for 10 minutes you're screwed. Worse yet? They go in both directions, so you're not getting away from them unless they're just not out.
