RT 487 - Bloomsburg to Dushore PA - By KenPA

I rode this on July 16-17, 2025. Nice section through Ricketts Glen State Park. It was like commuting to work otherwise. Nice scenery, but nothing out of the ordinary for Pennsylvania roads. Dushore is an interesting small town. Reportedly has the only traffic light in Sullivan County. Route 87 Dushore to Forksville is a nice ride. Also not too different than many in PA. Mike's Steaks & Hoagies in Forksville is a place to stop for lunch. I recommend the Dushore Hotel should you have occasion to stay.
