Stunningly beautiful but socked in with fog when I rode it in August. Did it one other time in a 4 wheeler with the weather being totally clear and sunny. This is a very slow road to ride as it's carved out of the side of cliffs directly above the ocean. Don't expect to go very fast but do expect to be thrilled with the views IF your aren't in fog.
