Incredibly beautiful stretch of road. Didn't hurt that I rode it on a day without a cloud in the sky. Unfortunately I saw no wildlife, but there were some gorgeous purple flowers in bloom and Belt Creek, which runs right next to the road added to the beauty of the trip. The summit is 7400+ feet so refreshing on a very hot day and chilly on a cooler day.
