I took this beautiful ride from Morro Bay to Monterey because despite having been in California for over 2 years I had never travelled the PCH.
This route has it all, amazing ocean views, twisty mountain roads, boatloads of annoying traffic.
As beautiful as this road is, if you're hoping to get any sort of lean out of your bike, think again, there is so much traffic on this road that you might as well hang back and enjoy the view rather than trying to have fun in the twisties. I guess it depends on what you're trying to get out of the ride.
