Very narrow road that follows what most people refer to as a creek or stream. It is actually the Potomac River headwaters. It's not a route to take at high speed, slow down and enjoy the scenery. In many places the corners are very tight and narrow. Always anticipate on-coming traffic on this two-way country road.
