Written Directions

Turn north from IN18 toward Amboy on IN 19. Travel up IN 19 until reaching Peru.

Scenery

There are a few small towns and farmland. Not real exciting.

Drive Enjoyment

Although a short ride and it's central Indiana, you are in flat farmland. There are many long large sweeps along the route. You can still lean, but it's not really that twisty.

Tourism Opportunities

These small farming communities dot the route, but mostly just fields. Peru used to be the winter home for circuses, so once there you can see the International Circus Hall of Fame. Also the manmade Mississinewa Lake offers many recreational opportunities.

Indiana seems to have a lot of construction. This shore trip was fun, but detours dampened the enthusiasm!
