i've heard The Twisted Sisters described as "a gentle but stirring roller coaster ride through the Austin-adjacent Hill Country" and that is a very apt description. truly a great ride and a worthwhile adventure... twisty, turny, ups and downs... i was very surprised i was still in Texas. be advised, there isn't much as far as places to stop and eat, drink or get fuel so put some drinks in your saddlebag and make sure your tank is full of gas. RR335 runs right along a river and about midway down there is a great spot to pull off and jump in and cool off... i would suggest taking US HWY 83 West or RR337 (from East to West) into Leakey, RR336 North, 41W to RR335 South and then RR337 East back into Leakey... there you will find plenty of spots to grab something to eat/drink before you head back to wherever you came from ;)
