The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the 35 mph limit. Except for that it's a nice road with outstanding views that overlook the Shenandoah Valley and Virginia farmlands. Stay alert for animals. I have seen deer, turkeys and black bears numerous times.
