Written Directions

Leave Interstate 29 at the Bartlett Exit and head east. Turn left (north) on 255th ave, and then left again (west) on Rains Ave. After the road turns North to become 235th St, turn left (west) again onto Quigg Ave. At the T intersection, turn left (south) and follow the road through the Hollow. you can then follow the road north, turning right on Lambert Ave, left at Kesterson rd, and left again at 221st St. to return to I-29. I road this on a Cruiser (Harley Davidson Low Rider S), but I don't recommend it, especially if there have been any rains recently.

Scenery

This road starts from I-29 at Bartlett, Iowa, and follows some rural gravel and dirt roads to the Ridge Road Hollow Historical Landmark. Trees, farmland, hills, and deer are along your path to the hollow. Afterwards you'll follow the rest of the ride back to the interstate.

Drive Enjoyment

Mostly gentle curves on this road, starting with concrete, then switching to gravel and then to dirt road for a stretch before going back to gravel and eventually concrete.

Tourism Opportunities

Ridge Road Hollow Historic Landmark. It is a beautiful spot to visit.
