Written Directions

Start your trip in Kingston, Ontario. Head West on Highway 33 (Loyalist Parkway) to the end, in Glenora (50 km). Take the short and free ferry to Prince Edward County. When you get off the ferry, keep traveling West on Hwy 33 to Picton (10 km).

Scenery

This route follows the North shore of Lake Ontario, hugging the river for the most part. The views and the green color of this enormous lake are incredible. The route travels through a few small picturesque towns such as Bath, Ontario. There are a number of scenic spots to stop and enjoy the view. The Glenora ferry offers a great view of the strait between Loyalist County and Prince Edward County.

Drive Enjoyment

Small 2 lane country road with many curves that hug the shore of Lake Ontario. The pavement is in good condition. It is mostly relatively flat.

Tourism Opportunities

It is a short route so amenities are not crucial. The towns of Bath and Picton are nice to stop for coffee.
