Written Directions

Begin in Midland, MI and head south down South Poseyville Rd. After crossing the Tittabawassee River, take a quick right onto Whitman Dr. Continue following the road until it turns into E Pine River Rd. Follow E Pine River Rd until S Homer Rd. At the stop sign, turn left onto S Homer Rd and continue until E Pine River Rd appears on your right. Turn right onto E Pine River Rd, and continue following the road. Next you will hit Gordonville Rd. Turn right at the stop sign, and continue on Gordonville for a short while. The turn left on Meridian, and another quick right back onto W Pine River Rd. Continue on W Pine River Road until McGreggor Rd.

Scenery

This route follows the Pine River. While on this route you will see lots of farmland, woods, and ponds.

Drive Enjoyment

Lots of twisties the whole way. Towards the end, the road quality really starts to go downhill. Roads are generally clear of gravel.

Tourism Opportunities

No tourist attractions, and only one gas station on Meridian.

Easygoing ride in mid-Michigan along the Pine river with a beautiful countryside scenery. Enjoyed having the road to myself for most the trip on a Saturday afternoon.
