Michigan ALR State Romp

The American Legion Post 274 will be hosting the this year’s 1st Annual Romp in Oscoda, MI. Enjoy the endless sandy beaches, miles of scenic roads, and old fashioned town. There will be a guided tour of the beautiful town and surrounding area, including the adjacent National Forest and The Lumberman’s Monument. SSAMAC 2017 Charity Poker Run

SSAMAC provides free and low-cost legal, employment and social services for veterans and their families. The Poker Run raises funds for our September "End Veteran Homelessness" Stand Down where we provide homeless veterans with the opportunity to meet with service providers, give them a shower, a hot meal and a backpack full of necessities. The funds raised at the Poker Run will directly fund the supplies for our homeless brothers and sisters.

The 2017 Ride for the Red Shield will be held on August 19th, 2017 in 1258 Biddle Ave Wyandotte, MI. The registration begins at 10:00 am with a continental breakfast. The ride fee is $25 per rider and $20 per passenger. The ride begins at 11:00 am and a lunch will follow. This charity event benefits the work of The Salvation Army. ~2

The Motorcycles On The Mac which is formerly known as the Midnight Ride will be held on August 19th, 2017 in 560 N. State Street St. Ignace, MI. This is in remembrance to the memory of Rob Rowe. In 1988-2015, Mr. Ron Rowe along with the Gold Wing Road Riders Chapter G would host an annual "Midnight Ride" event, raising money to donate to JDRF. The registration fee is $35 per person and $30 per passenger. There will be blessing of the bikes, live bands, parade and etc. ~2
