Motorcycle Road Length: 60 Miles
Written Directions
Really easy to describe and find ... just get yourself to Sparta, MO (about 20 miles southeast of Springfield). From Sparta take State Route 125 south all the way into Yellville, Arkansas ... about 60 beautiful miles.
Scenery

The many hills of the Ozarks, as well as the wide variety of vegetation, makes this a really enjoyable ride. Travels a good bit through the Mark Twain National Forest. This is one ride not to be missed!
Road Quality

Many, Many twists and curves, in what is surely one of the best roads in the Ozarks. Certainly one of the local favorites for a great time enjoying the local roads and hills. Continuing into Arkansas will bring you to an old ferry which will take you across Bull Shoals Lake. Offers a great chance to stop and rest.
Roadside Amenities

Several small towns along the way provide an opportunity to stop and grab a beverage or a bite to eat. This is not the main reason to travel this route.

| Comment: Top 10 road I've been on. I love me some twisties and this road had them for sure. Not as sharp of curves as Deal's Gap (Tail of the Dragon) in Tennessee/S. Carolina, but at the very least comparable. And a free ferry ride!? Nothing much better. If you are in the Arkansas/ Missouri area, take detour to 125. | ||

| Comment: get your gas, drinks and potty breaks before leaving Sparta. There are no towns in between Sparta and Yellville that have gas stations | ||

| Comment: This is a very fun ride, especially if you like hills and curves. The closer you get to Bull Shoals Lake, the twistier the road gets. One of the coolest parts is riding the ferry across the lake into Arkansas. The ferry ride is free, and is operated by the Arkansas Highway department. Instead of riding on South to Yellville, we turned West to Lead Hill and kept riding West to 65 Hwy. Then back North to Branson, Mo. | ||

| Comment: This is a must ride road for the rider who likes em tight. One of the best roads in southern Mo. Take 125 across the ferry into AR. Great riding. | ||
